Order Form

All orders from individuals must be prepaid (by cheque) or money order in U.S. Dollars.  Institutions may submit purchase orders and pay upon receipt of the merchandise.  Individual orders will be shipped within 30 days of receipt of payment.  Shipping and handling charges are not included in the base price.   Tool Kits
